The Business Support Officer will provide high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This varied role includes maintaining accurate computer records, managing correspondence, updating website content, and supporting a range of projects and events. You will also assist with grants administration and deliver excellent customer service. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys working collaboratively to support business operations.

About you

We are seeking a dynamic, customer focused, business support professional to join our high-performance team. To excel in this role, candidates should have a passion for customer service, along with proven experience in event management and project support. Skills in maintaining websites, especially on platforms like Open Cities, are a strong advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as experience with information management systems such as Content Manager/Kapish and Smartygrants, will be highly regarded. Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. We seek someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, can adapt flexibly to changing needs, and shows initiative in all aspects of their work.
