About the role

The Program Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the team leader with the coordination of staffing, service delivery, administrative functions, marketing initiatives, program development, and facility maintenance across multiple Leisure Centres within the shire. This position is integral to ensuring the efficient operation and consistent delivery of high-quality aquatic and recreational programs that meet the needs of the community.

About you

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual who demonstrates innovation and creativity in developing and delivering diverse leisure and recreation opportunities that engage and benefit the community. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the operational requirements of recreation and leisure facilities and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks within established timelines. This role requires flexibility, including occasional travel between various Leisure Centres across the shire. A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and community members is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to challenges, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery.
