About the role
As a Pool Lifeguard or Program Lifeguard, you will play a key role in Aquatic Supervision at the Macedon Ranges Aquatic Centre's, assist Duty Managers in the day to day running of operations, program delivery, and incident management. You will ensure our facilities are clean, secure, well-presented, and meet occupational health and safety requirements. Your responsibilities will also include resolving customer complaints, enforcing our watch around water policy, and adhering to industry guidelines, and delivering a high standard of expertise in first aid and aquatic rescues.
About you
We are looking for up to twenty motivated individuals, with an interest in aquatics and community engagement to help fulfil the requirements of our summer season and outdoor pools.
