About the role 

Are you passionate about teaching swimming and helping others build confidence in the water? We’re looking for enthusiastic Swimming Instructors to deliver engaging and effective ‘Learn to Swim’ lessons across various programs, including preschool, primary, infant, schools, stroke development (squad), adults, disability, and private lessons. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment while adapting your teaching approach to suit each student’s needs. You’ll also track attendance and monitor progress to ensure students get the most out of their lessons. Plus, we offer ongoing training to keep your skills sharp and up to date.

About you 

We are looking for those with an interest in aquatics and community engagement to help fulfil the requirements of our learn to swim program. If you have a passion for swimming, enjoy working with people of all ages, and are committed to fostering a positive community atmosphere, we would love to hear from you.

Don’t have the required qualifications yet? No problem! We provide opportunities to gain the necessary certifications.
