About the role

Join Our Aquatic and Fitness Team and take the lead in ensuring the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of our indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities. As part of Council’s Aquatic and Fitness Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality services to the community while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.

About you

You are a natural communicator who builds trust and rapport with ease. With strong organisational skills, you’re able to manage competing priorities and deliver positive outcomes. You excel at developing and following procedures that support the safe and effective delivery of programs and services. Experience in a similar role within an Aquatic and Fitness environment is highly regarded.

Covering an area of around 1700 square kilometres, the shire is a semi-rural municipality known for its beautiful natural landscapes.
