$81,391 -  $94,610 per annum plus (pro rata) plus Super

About the role

As the Early Years Enrolment Officer, you will play a key role in connecting children and families with quality kindergarten programs through the delivery of a fair, accessible and customer-focused enrolment service. By managing enrolments and providing valuable data and insights, you will help Council plan and deliver responsive early years services that support the needs of our growing community. The successful applicant will need to be available Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday negotiable.

We are looking for a collaborative and customer-focused professional with strong administration, communication and organisational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting children and families. The ideal candidate will bring attention to detail, sound judgement and a commitment to equitable access, while building positive relationships with families, kindergarten services and key stakeholders across the community.

We support flexible working arrangements. This role is initially office-based for onboarding, with hybrid work available in the future once established in the role, subject to manager approval and operational needs.
