About the role
As a Development Engineer, your role will involve evaluating development and subdivision applications with a focus on key areas such as drainage, traffic management, and legal points of discharge. You will play a crucial role in conducting detailed drainage investigations, providing expert recommendations, and offering guidance to residents. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers and various stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant standards and the successful delivery of projects .
About you
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with extensive experience in subdivision development, infrastructure design, and project management. In this role, you will apply your expertise in industry standards, such as the Infrastructure Design Manual, to deliver exceptional outcomes for the community. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be key as you collaborate with stakeholders and manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard. You will have proven experience in civil engineering design, project supervision, and management, and have In-depth knowledge of public land management legislation and local government processes.
