About the role

The role involves coordinating, supporting, and championing Asset Management services for the Council to ensure that policies, planning, and procedures are developed, implemented, and maintained to the highest standards. A key focus of this position is to guide the organisation in effectively planning and managing the Council’s physical assets to deliver reliable and sustainable community services, balancing functionality, amenity, and affordability. Additionally, the role provides crucial support and data to asset custodians, helping them develop comprehensive 10-year capital works programs, as well as operational maintenance and renewal programs.
