                $53,815 - $55,442 annualised p.a (pro-rata) plus Super

About the role 

We have an opportunity available for a Diploma qualified Educator for our Macedon Kindergarten. The successful educator will work with a 3 year old group on Monday and Wednesday teaching 8 hours each day and Tuesday working 2 non-contact hours planning weekly with the option of completing this fortnightly for 4 hours.

About you 

We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys working with children, with the creativity to make learning both fun and meaningful. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves collaborating with parents, families, and other educators to support each child’s development. A successful candidate is highly organised, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, with a deep understanding of child development principles and a focus on fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth in a safe and supportive setting.
