About the role 

We're looking for a dedicated Senior Duty Manager to oversee the safety and efficient operation of our premier aquatic facilities. In this key role, you'll lead by example, ensuring top-tier public supervision and maintaining exceptional water quality. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the well-being and leisure experiences of our community, helping to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong background in aquatic operations, public safety, and customer service.
