About the role
As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the active management of the Aquatic Centre's, delivery of programs, training of staff, plant room operations, and water chemical compliance. You will ensure our facilities are clean, secure, and well-presented, meeting public safety and occupational health and safety requirements. Your responsibilities will also include resolving customer complaints, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and cash handling.
About you
We are looking for a candidate who has relevant qualifications and work experience in aquatics facilities, including plant room operations, aquatics program delivery, and reception. You should have a desire to identify and minimise hazards, a bias for action, continuous improvement, and achieving desired facility outcomes.
