About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available within Council’s Civil Maintenance team, overseeing the maintenance of drainage networks and assets. In this role, you will lead a skilled team of excavation and drain cleaning crews, as well as manage contractors to resolve complex drainage issues. You will be responsible for maintaining both above-ground and underground drainage systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations across the network.

About you

You will have a high level understanding of drainage principles with substantial leadership experience. You will bring some local government experience within a civil maintenance team or in a similar setting. You're understanding of OH&S and traffic management requirements and systems will allow you to create a safe environment for the team.
