About the role 

As a Development Engineer, you will assess development and subdivision applications, focusing on drainage, traffic, and legal points of discharge. You will conduct drainage investigations, provide recommendations, advise residents, and liaise with developers and stakeholders.

About you 

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with extensive experience in subdivision development, infrastructure design, and project management. You will leverage your expertise in standards such as the Infrastructure Design Manual to deliver outstanding results for the community. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential as you collaborate with stakeholders and oversee projects to ensure timely completion. Key responsibilities include: Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design, supervision, and project management. In-depth understanding of public land management legislation and local government processes. Possession of current industry certifications and a valid Victorian Driver's Licence (or equivalent). Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
