About the role
This role involves developing policies and strategies related to land use and development, as well as leading projects for planning scheme amendments and evaluating development plan applications. We are looking for someone with strong project management skills to handle a range of complex projects, including the preparation and implementation of structure plans, the assessment of development plans and precinct structure plans, strategy planning, and amendment preparation.
About you
You will be valued as a natural collaborator with exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills and the ability to manage projects. You will be someone with excellent communication skills, be flexible and dependable whilst demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate an aptitude to resolve problems and think critically.
