About the role
Are you a passionate, caring and motivated Educator looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of children.
We are looking to fill 2 roles
- Romsey Kindergarten (36 hours per fortnightly) in a 3 year old group, working Wednesday and Friday 8am - 4.30pm and Tuesday 2 hours of planning.
- Swinburne Avenue Children's Centre (36 hours per fortnight) in a 3 year old group , working Wednesday and Friday 8am - 4.30pm and Thursday 2 hours planning.

About you
We’re looking for educators who are passionate about creating warm, engaging, and inclusive learning environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow. The right candidates bring patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children. You’ll use your creativity to make learning fun and meaningful, while your strong communication skills will help you build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and the wider community. We value educators who are organised, flexible, and committed to continuous learning. A solid understanding of early childhood development and a focus on nurturing each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth are essential to this role. Experience working with mixed age groups is highly regarded.
