$81,391  - $94,610 pro rata per annum plus Super

About the role

This exciting role is at the forefront of showcasing the Macedon Ranges, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Woodend and Kyneton Visitor Information Centres and delivering exceptional visitor experiences. The Visitor Services Officer plays a vital role in promoting the region, maintaining high-quality visitor information services, supporting tourism initiatives and events, and contributing to Council's visitor economy objectives through outstanding customer service experience.

About you

The successful candidate will be a customer-focused and approachable professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is passionate about promoting the Macedon Ranges as a visitor destination. They will bring strong customer service, communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to coordinate volunteers, manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality visitor experiences while building positive relationships with visitors, businesses and the community.
