About the role
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll lead the uplift and optimisation of Council’s records and information systems. You’ll drive smarter, more compliant ways of working by improving our EDRMS, delivering digitisation initiatives, and embedding strong information governance practices across the organisation. From designing workflows and metadata to building capability through training, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we manage and use information into the future.
About you
You’re a proactive and technically capable governance professional who knows how to turn complex information management requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions. You bring strong experience with EDRMS, a solid understanding of information governance frameworks (ideally PROV-aligned), and a passion for continuous improvement. You’re confident working across the organisation, building capability, influencing stakeholders, and making change stick.

We support flexible working arrangements. This role is initially office-based for onboarding, with hybrid work available in the future once established in the role, subject to manager approval and operational needs.
