About the role

We’re looking for a committed and proactive Service Desk Officer to support the day-to-day technical needs of our organisation. In this vital role, you’ll provide timely and effective support for both hardware and software systems, ensuring end-users receive the assistance they need to stay productive. Working closely with colleagues across various departments, you’ll troubleshoot issues, resolve technical problems, and help minimise service disruptions. Your problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach will be key to keeping operations running seamlessly and delivering a consistently high level of service that truly makes a difference.

About you

You are passionate about technology and thrive on solving problems. Highly motivated and a strong team player, you work well within a multi-disciplinary technical environment. Experience working in a Microsoft Windows and Office 365-based setting is essential. A practical understanding of application support, service desk operations, IT security, and backup and recovery procedures is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be based in Australia, hold full working rights, and be willing to travel to our Gisborne and Kyneton offices as required.
