About the role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to play a key role in supporting the technical needs of our organisation. In this role, you will provide prompt and effective assistance with both hardware and software systems, ensuring that end-users' requirements are met efficiently. You will collaborate closely with team members across different departments to troubleshoot issues, resolve technical problems, and minimize service disruptions. Your proactive approach will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, that has a meaningful impact.

About you

You have a passion for technology and a problem-solving mindset; you are highly motivated and work well within a multi-disciplined technical team. Previous experience with Microsoft Windows & Office based environment is essential. Practical understanding of application support, help desk operations, security, backup and recovery techniques is highly desirable.
