About the role
Be part of creating a more inclusive and connected community. As the Inclusive Sport Project Officer, you will lead innovative initiatives that strengthen leadership, volunteering and governance opportunities for people with disability across the Macedon Ranges sport and recreation sector. Through strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and project delivery, you will help sporting clubs build inclusive practices and create lasting pathways for participation, making a meaningful contribution to Council's goal of fostering vibrant, accessible and welcoming communities for all.
About you
You are a collaborative and community-minded professional who is passionate about creating inclusive participation opportunities and building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. You bring excellent project coordination, communication and engagement skills, a proactive and adaptable approach, and a commitment to working with sporting clubs, volunteers and community partners to achieve meaningful and sustainable inclusion outcomes.
