$92,760 - $101,125 p.a (pro-rata) plus Super

About the role

In this vital role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with community groups, networks, and local organisations across the Shire. Your focus will be on strengthening the capacity of these groups to foster inclusion, resilience, and thriving communities. Working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders, you will provide tailored support and advice on governance, strategic planning, and operational sustainability. You will lead or contribute to a range of community development initiatives, including the delivery of Council’s Reconciliation Action Plan.

Covering an area of around 1700 square kilometres, the shire is a semi-rural municipality known for its beautiful natural landscapes.
