About the role

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Building Services unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and assisting with day-to-day coordination of building and maintenance activities. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to deliver excellent customer service to a diverse range of internal staff, contractors, and community members. This position requires a proactive and professional approach to problem-solving and a commitment to supporting the overall effectiveness of the team. 

About you

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to provide a comprehensive range of building administration services. The role requires a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks, supporting building operations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and able to work collaboratively to maintain smooth and effective building services.
