About the role

The Community Connections Officer plays an integral role in supporting the health and wellbeing outcomes for older people across the Macedon Ranges Shire. This dynamic role develops and implements programs and facilitates referral pathways , carries out communication and community engagement, fosters strong partnerships with stakeholders, and supports strategic planning for inclusive age friendly communities. 

About you

Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of positive ageing, health promotion and the national aged care service system. Excellent skills in community development, partnerships and project development
