About the role

We’re looking to expand our Casual Maternal and Child Health Nurse's pool to support the MCH teams across the organisation with short-term and flexible work across the Shire. This is a great opportunity for MCHN to develop their skills whilst working flexibly. As part of our casual pool, you’ll play an important role in providing the Maternal and Child Health service within the Macedon ranges Shire.

About you

Council is currently seeking applications for highly professional, experienced and efficient Maternal and Child Health(MCH) Nurses to join our team as casual relievers. The position requires an MCH Nurse who is energetic, flexible, willing to travel and available to work Monday to Friday and has the ability to work with a range of individuals, families and community groups in the development, implementation and delivery of the Maternal & Child Health Service. To be successful in this role you will need to possess current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse Div 1 and as a registered Midwife, with an additional Maternal and Child Health qualification, a current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
