About the role
As a Fitness Instructor within our gyms, you’ll inspire and support people of all ages and abilities through safe, inclusive, and engaging fitness guidance, personalised support, and small group circuit-style sessions that build confidence and lifelong movement habits. You’ll also deliver friendly customer service, confidently work independently when required, and use Gym management software to support smooth day to day operations in a welcoming community environment.
About you
You’re a qualified and approachable fitness professional with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine commitment to supporting community health and wellbeing. You enjoy working as part of a team, can confidently engage with people of all ages and abilities, and are equally comfortable working independently when required, bringing a motivating and inclusive approach to everything you do. Qualifications Required: First Aid, CPR, WWCC card, a minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness Instruction and Current National Fitness Registration (AusActive Accredited, Physical Activity Australia, FITREC or other equivalent registration bodies as approved by Council).
