About the role
As a Class Instructor, you’ll deliver safe, engaging, and inclusive classes across our aquatic and fitness centres, with opportunities to teach a range of group fitness and aqua formats such as Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Zumba, Strength, HIIT, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Spin, Stretch, Boxing, and emerging class styles. You’ll create positive, motivating environments where participants of all ages and abilities feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to stay active and healthy.
About you
You’re a qualified, enthusiastic and professional instructor who brings energy, confidence, and a strong sense of community to every class. With the ability to deliver inclusive, high-quality sessions, you create positive experiences that make fitness enjoyable and accessible for participants of all ages and abilities. Qualifications Required: First Aid, CPR, WWC card and a minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness Instruction, Current National Fitness Registration (AusActive, Physical Activity Australia, FITREC or other equivalent registration bodies as approved by Council), or AUSTSWIM WETS Aqua Instructor Certificate.
