About the Role
We’re on the lookout for energetic and committed Learn to Swim Instructors to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver fun, confidence-building swimming lessons across a range of programs, including preschool and primary classes, infant aquatics, school groups, stroke development (squad), and personalised private sessions. You’ll help swimmers of all ages build skills, stay safe, and develop a lifelong love of the water.

You’re passionate about swimming and enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities. You bring patience, positivity, and a friendly approach to every lesson, and you’re dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment. Macedon Ranges Shire is located in central Victoria, about an hour's drive north-west of Melbourne. Covering an area of around 1700 square kilometres, the shire is a semi-rural municipality known for its beautiful natural landscapes. The shire has an estimated population of around 51,500 people and resides on the lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung peoples.
