Are you a passionate, caring and motivated Educator or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and families? We are excited to invite dedicated professionals to join our early years team in 2026, with opportunities available across several of our kindergartens. Swinburne Avenue Children's Centre  Nominated Supervisor/ECT working in a 4 year old rotational group.  This position works Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am - 4.30pm in session and Wednesday and Friday Non-contact and Nominated Supervisor duties.  76 hours per fortnight.

The right candidate brings patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children. You’ll use your creativity to make learning fun and meaningful, while your strong communication skills will help you build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and the wider community. We value educators who are organised, flexible, and committed to continuous learning. A solid understanding of early childhood development and a focus on nurturing each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth are essential to this role. Experience working with mixed age groups is highly regarded.
